Trace

Trace is an ongoing photographic project by Gustavo Martinez that explores vacant and abandoned spaces as sites of cultural and social transformation in Inglewood and South Los Angeles. Through aerial, digital, and film photography, the work traces how these landscapes hold stories of belonging and preservation, even as communities navigate the city’s ongoing process of development.
